The Sr Analyst will be responsible to: Identify current state usage and capabilities of assigned applications by sourcing and analyzing relevant data (usage, capabilities). Review and document functional flows, business processes, products and collaborate with business stakeholders. Identify and analyze system workflows, capturing pain points raised by the business. Assess the efficiency and performance of technology (software, hardware and the wider IT ecosystem), providing their analysis as an input for strategic long-term decision-making. Perform market analysis of competing products â scope, features, cost model etc. - to the current state and recommend target approach.

Experience:
Typically between 8-10 years of relevant experience within Capital Markets.
Capital markets Products - Must know Cash Equities, Equity Derivatives & Bonds.
Deep knowledge and technical proficiency of Capital Markets processes and applications.
Experience working with Imagine is a must.
Experience working with Geneva, Orchestrade or other similar trading applications will be considered value-addition.
Experience with architecture framework and planning.
A Finance, Engineering or MBA degree equivalent.
